Join Chef Toll as we take on making home perogies. We will do a traditional dough with some slightly different fillings. We will create a pulled BBQ pork perogy, butternut squash, apple and sage perogy and a chicken, wild mushroom and tarragon perogy. Learn the basics of perogy making and add your own little twist on them. Once you've made your own you will never buy store bought perogies again!

Mexicans take Mole very seriously and will go to great lengths to shop for the perfect ingredients. True Moles have up to 25 ingredients and take time and patience to cook. But the rewards of homemade far exceed what you would find in a jar.

  • Mole Coloradito- meaning "reddish" or "little red", has a base of chilcostle, guajillo and ancho chilies which lend a moderate to robust heat
  • Mole de Olla- more of a soup than sauce, this mole is a potage of mixed vegetables in a chili-spiked broth
