Mexican cuisine is very famous for its complexity of rich flavors and combination of extensive ingredients in single recipes such as Adobos and Moles.

Adobos are simple purees with soulful applications such as marinades for grilled meats or slow cooked preparations. Moles are one of Mexicos most iconic sauces that also has a reputation among international cuisines. Also known for its complexity, with up to 25 different ingredients in some recipes. Delicious paired with a variety of meats and vegetables.

We will start with a Margarita cocktail and Guacomole, then prepare the following:
