We will cover knife care and safety, how to hold a knife, what to look for when buying a knife, different types of knives and of course all the cutting, slicing and chopping you can handle. You will leave with a new found confidence in your culinary cutting abilities. Do not let that knife investment go to waste. Come spend an evening with us and get chopping!
