While the water boils we will make a simple chicken cacciatore and while that cooks, we'll taste some different wines from Italy!

Mexican Tacos and Salsa

A taco is anything eaten on a soft tortilla, therefore the possibilities are endless. Come down to The Pan Tree and enjoy this class where you will be introduced to many of the authentic Mexican flavors that make tacos so popular today. We will share tested recipes that can be replicated at home with ingredients that can be found locally. Do not hesitate to participate in this great taco revelation!

We will start with a Margarita cocktail and Guacamole then prepare the following:
