Summer's here, and there are so many seasonal fruits and lighter flavours to enjoy! You'll get to try a great, versatile mason jar cobbler- perfectly portable for a summer picnic! We'll also be making blueberry basil ice cream, and lemon lavender sugar cookies- can you say ICE CREAM SANDWICHES?! Last but not least- no bake cheesecakes! Perfect when you'd like to avoid heating up the kitchen. The best part- we're using all plant based ingredients, so these can be enjoyed by your vegan pals too! (class contains gluten and nuts)

Kimchi

Learn how to make one of Korea's most traditional and ubiquitous side dishes. In this two hour, hands-on class, we will make traditional fall/winter napa cabbage kimchi. You'll be able to take home the kimchi that you make. In this class you'll also be shown how to make two dishes using kimchi, kimchijeon (Korean pancake) and kimchi fried rice.

Dumplings

Description:

Master the basics of dumplings. In this hands-on class, learn to make dumpling wrappers, fillings, and dipping sauces. You'll also get a chance to work with store-bought dumpling wrappers. You'll be shown how to wrap many different dumpling shapes including pleated crescent, triangle, and tortellini among many others. This class will focus on the classic Japanese gyoza and a vegetarian dumpling; however, by the end of this class you'll be confident enough to create your own unique dumpling.
